Service Description

Our Pole-Fit classes are suitable for complete beginners, wanting to try something new. Theses classes focus on Fun & Fitness. During each session we will focus on; Core strength, flexibility, stamina, posture & grace. Pole-Fit is a fantastic way to build a Childs confidence. Each class will run for 60 minutes, starting wit a fun Dance/Aerobic warm-up & followed by learning tricks, poses and moves on the pole. Classes will end with cool-down, containing stretches & strengthening exercises. I aim to teach this class, to give children Circus skills so will also be introducing Aerial Hoop. Children will be able to apply for gradings quarterly. General Info Children will be dropped off for class and signed in individually. We ask that Parents wait outside as the door will be locked, allowing the children freedom to use the bathroom facilities on their own securely. The doors will be re-opened for parents to enter at the time of cool-down. Children must be suitably dressed and will require bare arms and legs. Shorts with a Vest or T-shirt is ideal. Classes will run during School/Bank holidays. We recommend booking blocks for consistency as training will be delivered as a course. Each week, children will be taught new moves and enhancements on previously learned moves, so your child will benefit from regular attendance. Discounts will be given for block booking siblings.
